No story of Jeri and Michael’s wedding is complete without a peek at the spreadsheet Jeri made.  Now I know it’s hard to see so let me explain.  On this spreadsheet was a list of everyone who was important and had a ‘role’ at the wedding.  They are listed along the top.  On the left is the timeline for the wedding followed by the location of said event.  For instance you can see “Father/Daughter Dance – OnCenter Ballroom” and then you see two little dots filled in.  That’s bride and bride’s father.  Oh yes, they knew where they needed to be!

While the spreadsheet was humorous and everyone told me to get photos for posterity, the best part is that it actually worked!  We were on time all day for formals, getting back to the OnCenter, everything made Jeri and Michael’s wedding go smoothly.  It was truly a well-thought out, well-planned day.

Now with all that said you would probably imagine Jeri to be an overly serious Excel Freak who has nothing better to do than sit at her computer coming up with torture devices for her bridesmaids.  Instead, Jeri is very relaxed.  I attribute it to the feeling of control actually!  Seriously, Jeri and Michael held a very beautiful wedding and reception and we’re glad to have been there.  On time.
