Ashley and Heerak got married! Finally! They have been waiting for this for a long time. 10 years! Congratulations, you two. They’re going to have great luck throughout their marriage, thanks to the rain that was on again – off again all day. It didn’t stop us from getting some fabulous shots and having a really great time with their families and friends. The shot Matt caught of Ashley as she was leaving Hendricks Chapel is simply breathtaking.

What a CUTE couple Erin and Kyle are! They are so nice and I think they may have been a little nervous at first. We had a good time enjoying the beautiful weather and the lake side park in Skaneateles. They must have gotten used to us because they got some fantastic photos! It’s great when a couple helps you to see an old stomping grounds in a whole new way. They were just too E A S Y to work with.

Brandi and Akil were fun and absolutely gorgeous people to shoot with. They both went to Syracuse University and that’s where they met so it was a natural place for them to go for their engagement session.

This wedding was awesome! Melissa and Stewart are some of the nicest people we have ever met. You can tell how much they love each other just by seeing them together. It’s a real special pleasure photographing weddings when the emotion is genuine and all the guests share in it so completely.

Keli was simply gorgeous and I think Isaac has to be the happiest groom I’ve ever met. I thought he might burst when he saw Keli come around the corner and head down the aisle. Their joy was contagious and there wasn’t a straight face to be found during the entire day. Everybody was beaming and having a wonderful time.

The day started as most weddings start: late. The girls were scrambling around trying to get ready. Brandy was looking more and more amazing as the transformation progressed but she was getting pretty nervous. Her dress was beautifully detailed, her makeup was glamorous and she had mehndi on her hands to go with her multicultural theme. She looked like a movie star when they were finished. Red and white and gorgeous! Then it was a quick flight to the Landmark Theater in downtown Syracuse.
