Ch. 11 – We Just Can’t Wait!!! – Please Save the Date!

When I last left you, we were putting our finishing touches on our Save the Dates. We decided on a style and with the help of an art teacher/friend, PhotoShop and Illustrator, our STD’s had finally come to life! We used http://www.VistaPrint.com to print the design on magnets, and couldn’t be happier with how they turned out! We decided to send them out with the Christmas Cards (to save on postage—why send out cards twice!) The only problem was that it cost $.17 extra for each card/STD. The post office doesn’t make a cute $.17 stamp, so we had to mix and match the stamps I’d already bought (King & Queen of Hearts – Love Series Postage Stamp)

Nothing says romance like a bighorn sheep! It’s definitely going to be the newest trend in weddings! I just wanted the envelopes to be pretty—oh well!
Finally they got sent out… and the compliments started pouring in!! Here is the final product: (Personal info has been removed)
I didn’t even notice the sheep when I got mine in the mail! But that is very funny!
You guys did a great job on the save the dates–you should be proud of yourselves!! We are looking forward to moving closer to the big day–enough talking about it–let’s DO IT!!! Love you both–
